CAD/CAM Manufacturing
CAD/CAM technology is the centrepiece of our laboratory. We process digital impressions from all common intraoral scanners as well as conventional impressions after digitisation via our laboratory scanners. Using professional design software (3Shape), our technicians construct crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, and implant-supported superstructures — then mill them from zirconia, PMMA, composite, or lithium disilicate. The result: exact marginal fit, reproducible quality, and seamless digital documentation of every order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which scanner formats do you accept?
We accept STL and PLY files from all common intraoral scanners. If you are uncertain about compatibility, we are happy to assist in advance.
Is CAD/CAM dental prosthetics more expensive than conventionally made?
Not necessarily. For monolithic restorations, CAD/CAM is often more cost-effective. For complex veneering work, we optimally combine both methods.
Can you also mill provisionals from PMMA?
Yes, we fabricate long-term provisional restorations from PMMA — ideal for implant phases or longer treatment plans.
