Cast framework prosthetics is one of the most demanding disciplines in dental technology. Our experienced technicians fabricate cobalt-chromium frameworks according to individual design plans — including clasps, occlusal rests, connectors, and retention elements. Wax-up, investing, and casting are carried out under controlled conditions for reproducible quality. The framework is then carefully adjusted, polished, and tried on the model. On request, we also prepare design drawings for clinical coordination in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions
What documents do you need for a cast framework?
We need an impression of both jaws, a bite registration, and specifications for the design (clasp positions, connector type). We are also happy to create our own design proposal.
Can you also process precious metal alloys?
Yes, on request we fabricate frameworks from precious metal alloys (e.g. gold alloys). Please specify the material requirement when placing the order.
How long does fabrication of a cast framework take?
Standard frameworks are delivered in 5–7 working days. Complex combination work with attachments or telescopic crowns requires 8–12 working days.
